Shri Maharaj Ji says:

If you do not shed tears while taking the name of God; it is because of your pride. And if the tears come and you start to feel proud of yourself; then that is not right. Only a Saint can detect such pride. It is important to be in close association with a Saint (Guru) so that this pride does not get a chance to flourish.

Shri Maharaj Ji says:

It is not impossible to attain God. One has to have firm determination. Penny by penny a man becomes a millionaire. Bit by bit, a man acquires great knowledge. If he is determined, a human can attain God by utilizing each and every moment wisely. Why are you bent on wasting this precious human life?

You have one enemy, and it's not your body or your senses or your soul. Your one and only enemy is the mind, which you must govern and take towards God. You must not allow it to dictate you. If you do what your mind tells you to do, you will continue to revolve in 8.4 million forms of life for innumerable lives.

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj says:

If you have Krishna and nothing else, you have everything. If you have everything but not Krishna, you have nothing at all. Krishna is your greatest wealth. No one can steal this wealth from you, nor can anyone rob you of it.

लख चौरासी योनि नचावति, मोहिं जानि असहाय |
सुतहिँ मार दासी पितु देखत, यह जगहूँ न सुनाय |
पुनि तुम कहँ बिनु हेतु सनेही, वेद पुरानन गाय |

बरजि ‘कृपालु’ आपुनी माया, देहु प्रेम रस प्याय ||


भावार्थ - हे श्यामसुन्दर ! यह झगड़ा समाप्त कर दीजिये | यह तुम्हारी दासी,शक्ति,माया अत्यन्त ही प्रबल है | मुझे असहाय समझ कर चौरासी लाख योनियों में भटका रही है | बड़े आश्चर्य की बात है कि जीव पुत्र को तुम्हारी माया दासी मारे और तुम पिता होकर देखो | ऐसा तो संसारी, स्वार्थी पिता भी नहीं करता फिर तुम्हें तो वेद पुराण बिना कारण के ही कृपा करने वाला बताते हैं | ‘श्री कृपालु जी’ कहते हैं कि हे दयामय ! अपनी माया को रोक लो तथा मुझे प्रेम-रस पिला कर निहाल कर दो |

O Kishori Ji! Glance towards me with Your benevolent eyes. Your extremely powerful maya is making me dance in many ways. I am surrounded from all sides by powerful enemies such as lust, anger, greed, attachment and pride. Despite knowing the truth, this stubborn mind of mine refuses to accept it, and continues to go towards the world.

Shri Maharaj Ji says:

We all work towards other people calling us "good". This is a big reason for our downfall. We should spend our energies trying to be "good" instead.
