Be a lover of God, not of the world. Do not beg your God and Master for health, wealth and material goods. When you bow to God but desire the world, you prove that you love not the Creator, but His creation. If you insist on asking God for something, ask the same thing as Prahlad: "God! Kindly destroy the very seed of desire that exists in my heart.

टाइम बरबाद न करो। जितना समय पेट भरने के लिए जरूरी है उतना समय संसार को दो,बाकी टाइम का उपयोग करो। भगवदविषय में लगाओगे तो बहुत जल्दी आगे बढ़ जाओगे अंत:करण की शुद्धि की और। और अगर मर गए बीच में तो जो साधना की है हमारी है वो तुमको फिर मनुष्य बना देगी और फिर कोई गुरु मिल जायेगा या तुम्हारा वही पुराना गुरु दूसरा रूप धारण करके आ जायेगा और तुमको फिर आगे बढ़ाएगा। अँधेर नहीं है भगवान के यहाँ कि बीच में छोड़ दिया गुरुजी ने। ऐसा नहीं होता। वो सदा के लिए हमारा साथ देता है भगवद प्राप्ति तक। इसलिए टाइम का उपयोग करो,समय नष्ट न करो, साधना करते रहो।"

"संसार के कार्य करते हुए भी बीच-बीच में बारंबार 'भगवान मेरे सामने हैं' इस प्रकार रूपध्यान द्वारा निश्चय करते रहना चाहिये। इससे दो लाभ हैं - एक तो रूपध्यान परिपक्व होगा, दूसरे हम, भगवान को अपने समक्ष, साक्षात रूप से महसूस करते हुए उच्छृंक्ल न हो सकेंगे, जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप अपराधों से बचे रहेंगे। जीव तो, किंचित भी स्वतंत्र हुआ कि बस, वह धारा-प्रवाह रूप से संसार की ही ओर भागने लगेगा।
