तुम बुद्धि को स्थिर करो तथा यह सोचा करो कि मैं शरीर नहीं आत्मा हूँ और वह भी अपने प्रेमास्पद की ही हूँ , उनके लिए ही हूँ। सदा यही सोचो कि मैं संसार की नहीं , मैं तो गोलोक वाले की हूँ। मुझे संसार अपने अन्डर में नहीं कर सकता। मैं मायिक धोखों के चक्कर में नहीं आऊँगी। सदा अपने प्रेमास्पद की कृपा पर बलिहार जाओ।

Rules for doing devotion...............AS TOLD BY SHRI MAHARAJJI.

1. Remember the form of God (Roop Dhyan) while singing the glories of God.
2. Apart from the Sankirtan in your free time, chant Radhey-Radhey with every breath.
3. Realizing the Grace of God and Guru, be grateful to them all the time and try to shed tears.
... 4. Think of yourselves as the most powerless person and treat the other devotees with extreme respect.
5. Think of God and Guru positively.
6. Do your devotion with a feeling that God and Guru are one.
7. Feel that God and Guru are monitoring and protecting you all the time.
8. Spend every moment in remembrance of God.
9. Never make a desire for liberation. Cry and beg Radha Rani and Shri Krishn for their selfless love only.
10. Do not show ecstasy.
11. Avoid criticizing or complaining about others.

 

 

You can never repay your Guru for what he has given you, because material treasures cannot pay for spiritual goods, yet the scriptures state emphatically that you must serve your Guru with body, mind and wealth. Your Guru is not stingy with the spiritual gifts he showers upon you, nor does He ever tire of giving you grace. Why do you think that you have served Him enough?
Be greedy in serving the Guru. The best disciple is he who renders service without the Guru asking for it.

बार बार क्षमा माँगे गोविंद राधे |
बार बार पाप करे कैसे क्षमा दे ||

भावार्थ- श्यामसुन्दर जीव से कहते हैं, तू बार बार क्षमा याचना करता है बार-बार पाप करता है | फिर क्षमा माँगने का क्या अर्थ हैं?
 मन ते तो पाप करे गोविंद राधे |
मुख ते क्षमा माँगे कैसे क्षमा दे ||

भावार्थ- भगवान् कहते हैं हे जीव ! तू मुख से तो क्षमा याचना करता है परन्तु मन से पाप करता है | फिर तुझे क्षमा कैसे प्राप्त होगी ? भगवान् तो सर्वान्तर्यामी हैं उनसे जीव के मन का भाव छिपा नहीं है अत: मन को शुद्ध करना होगा |

गुरु जापै कृपा करे गोविंद राधे |
वाके पाछे हरि चलें सब को बता दे ||

भावार्थ- गुरु कृपा जिस पर होती है हरि उसके पीछे-पीछे चलते हैं |

दिव्य प्रेमास्पद का दिव्य प्रेम ही सर्वोत्कृष्ट तत्व है। प्रेम का तात्पर्य 'तत्सुख सुखित्वं' अर्थात प्रेमास्पद के सुख में ही सुख मानना है।

We must worship only the supreme, ultimate, divine personality, God and restrict ourselves to having only feelings of respect towards others, like a devoted wife who loves only her husband, but at the same time respects her in-laws and other relations.

When devotees see the manifestation of Divine Love emotions, sattvic bhavas in the Saint from time to time, their enthusiasm and dedication naturally increases. By personally seeing these divine states, the spiritual aspirant develops firm faith in this path and progresses very quickly. He feels confident that he can also attain those divine qualities one day.
