संसार में जो सुख या दुःख हमें मिलता है, वो हमारा माना हुआ सुख या दुःख है। वास्तविकता में संसार की किसी वस्तु या व्यक्ति में न सुख है, न दुःख। जिस वस्तु में हम सुख मान लेते हैं, उस वस्तु के मिलने पर हमें सुख मिलता है और यदि वो वस्तु न मिले या छिन जाये, तो हम दुःखी हो जाते हैं। अतः संसार में सुख दुःख दोनों नहीं हैं। यदि हम कहीं सुख न मानें तो किसी से दुःख नहीं मिलेगा।

वास्तव में यदि कोई महापुरुष मिल जाए, तो उनकी सन्निधि में चाहे कोई भी साधन किया जाए वही श्रेष्ठ है। जिन महापुरुषों का चित्त भगवान में लग गया है, वो ही हमे प्रभु से मिला सकते है। ऐसे महापुरुषों के श्रीअंगो से ऐसी किरणें निकलती रहती हैं जो हमारी समस्त आसक्तियों को छुडा देती हैं।

परमार्थ के मार्ग पर चलने वाले को भविष्य की चिन्ता कैसे? वह तो भगवान के शरणागत है,और शरणागत जीव का योगक्षेम भगवान स्वयं वहन करते हैं।
