The Sadhak needs to constantly try to divert his mind from the material world to pure thoughts of God and Guru.
When the mind does briefly get absorbed in loving thoughts of Radha Krishna and Guru, it is only due to their kind Grace. Else the nature of the mind is only to wander in the material world.

लोक हानि में संसारी वस्तुओं के अभाव में चिन्ता मत करो। कभी - कभी भगवान् लोक हानि जान बुझकर देते हैं।
भगवान् कहते हैं कि मैं जिस पर अनुग्रह करना चाहता हूँ , उसे ऐश्वर्यभ्रष्ट कर देता हूँ। वास्तव में तो संसार का जितना भी अभाव है वो भगवत कृपा ही है। भगवान् को यह चिन्ता होती है कि हमारा भक्त कहीं उसमें उलझ न जाये।

Hand over the string of your life in His hands. After all, He is ‘Kripalu’ (merciful), not a miser."

In our countless lives we must have been hankering for the attainment of God and must have selected many Gurus. Either the Guru was not genuine or we were not deserving. Maybe we did not perform devotional practice in the right manner as told by him. One of us was definitely wrong otherwise we would have attained our goal. Eligibility is necessary in the world. If you want to study a Bachelor of Law degree, you should be a graduate first. Similarly, if you desire anything in the world you must be eligible for it.

आज्ञा सम न सुसाहिब सेवा।
सेवा का अभिप्राय है अपने स्वामी को सुख देने का लक्ष्य रखकर स्वामी की आज्ञानुसार सेवा करना। उनकी आज्ञापालन ही सेवा है,अपनी इच्छानुसार 'सेवा' सेवा नहीं।

भगवान् के नाम , रूप , लीला , गुण , धाम की अभिन्नता का सिद्धान्त जन जन के मस्तिष्क में भरकर विभिन्न संकीर्तन पद्धतियों द्वारा ब्रजरस प्रवाहित करने वाले ब्रजरस रसिक गुरुवर को कोटि कोटि प्रणाम।
