Pride is a form of ignorance. When true knowledge comes, a person becomes humble, but in ignorance, he remains proud.

अपने साधकों के साथ इतना प्रयास, साधना में दिन रात अथक परिश्रम एवं प्रयत्न करने वाला दूसरा गुरु विश्व में नहीं मिलेगा।

 

Every desire is either fulfilled or unfulfilled, so either anger or greed is bound to follow the desire. If you say that one should abstain from desires, it is not possible. The reason is that unless and until we attain divine bliss, the emergence of desires is natural. No one can put an end to them.

Before even uttering Krishna’s name, start visualizing His Divine form. Create a mental image of Him. Just as you first think about a person before calling his name, think about God first and then do bhajan and keertan. After all, for whom are you saying, ‘Govind jaya jaya Gopal jaya jaya?’ Who is Govind? Who is Gopal?
