The path of devotion is free from all conditions of time, place, rituals and manners etc. All that is required is to love Shri Krishna selflessly with a simple heart.

एक बात याद रखो बस, अन्तःकरण का सम्बन्ध भगवान से और गुरु से हो। केवल सिर को पैर पर रख देने से काम नहीं बनेगा,आरती कर लेने से काम नहीं बनेगा,दक्षिणा दे देने से काम नहीं बनेगा। ये सब हेल्पर है। तुम्हारे पास जो कुछ है दो,सब ठीक है। सर्व समर्पण करना है गुरु को ,भगवान को, लेकिन इतने मात्र से काम नही बनेगा। 'अनुराग' सबसे प्रमुख है ,अन्तःकरण से प्यार।

Do not think that since you have not seen Lord Krishna, you cannot visualise Him. Do not worry that perhaps you will make a mistake. The merciful Lord Krishna gives us absolute freedom when it comes to visualising Him. Think Him to be tall or short; imagine Him to be fair, dark or blue. Make His hair short or long; curly or straight. Make Him a child, a teenager or an adult. Give Him a traditional or a modern look. Put heavy ornaments on Him or none at all; the choice is yours. The important thing is to think of Him as you chant.

A soul very rarely receives a human birth. And that too, is due to God's Grace. Of those who have received a human birth, even rarer are those who are true seekers of God's Love. But just possessing these two is not enough to succeed spiritually unless you also have the association of a true Saint. If all three occur in the same birth, that soul's spiritual success is virtually guaranteed. To this end, the Saint gives many opportunities for his association.

संसार प्रत्यक्ष है , यह दिखाई नहीं पड़ता है , आँख से। इसके शब्द सुनाई पड़ते हैं ,कान से।
माँ को देखा , बाप को देखा , बीबी को देखा। उसकी आवाज सुना मीठी - मीठी। कान को मीठी लगी आवाज। उसका स्पर्श किया। ये जो सब विषय मिल रहे हैं प्रत्यक्ष , इससे हमारा मन खिंच जाता है।
और भगवान् के बारे में ? वो तो तुलसी , सूर , मीरा , कबीर , शंकराचार्य , निम्बार्काचार्य , वल्लभाचार्य , लैक्चर दे रहे हैं। किताबों में पढ़ रहे हैं गीता , भागवत , रामायण। सामने तो दिखाई नहीं पड़ते भगवान्।
यह अंतर है। प्रत्यक्ष में जल्दी आकर्षण होता है। वह परोक्ष है भगवान् , इसलिए इमीडिएटली अटैचमेन्ट नहीं हो सकता।

यह सत्य है कि मन अत्यंत चंचल है किन्तु यदि मन को बार बार समझाया जाय कि श्रीराधा ही तेरी हैं ( सांसारिक नातेदार तो केवल शरीर के हैं और उन नातों का आधार केवल स्वार्थ ही है ) तो धीरे धीरे मन संसार से विरक्त होकर श्री राधा में अनुरक्त हो जाएगा |
