The best gift that a disciple could present to his Guru on the occasion of Guru Poornima is that he takes a firm decision to avoid all kinds of spiritual transgression (Naamaparadh). Make sure that your thoughts are always favorable for your Guru. Always keep this principle in your mind that whatever the Guru does is always for your wellbeing only. He is the personification of Grace and hence cannot do anything except bestowing Grace.
